Return Policy

As all of our products are made to order and hand stitched, and as we do not keep any inventory we are unable to accept any returns at this moment.

Exceptions

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping or has defect marks on it, then you might be eligible for a refund if you inform us of the same within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at helpdesk@ultimatetrends.in and mention your order ID and country in the subject line.

Refunds for any import/customs/duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery should be sought through your local customs bureau. ultimatetrends.in cannot provide any coverage for this.
