Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN &. EXCHANGE POLICY AT ULTIMATETRENDS.IN

All items must be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging and label before a credit or refund will be issued on a returned order. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of your purchase date. No credits or refunds will be issued after 7 days.

Return Exceptions:

 

1. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 7 days after the receipt of the order.  

 

2. No refund will be issued if the product(s) have not been received back in its original condition. 

3. No refund will be issued for the the products which have been customized as per customer request. 

4. Once a refund is issued, it may take as up-to 15 business days to see it reflected on your credit card or bank statement. depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed on our end. 

5. Clearance & Special Sale Items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How To Initiate a Return:

1. Please email us at info.ultimatetrends@gmail.com with your order number to request a return. State the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or Exchange. 

2. We will verify your order return qualifies (7-day policy)  and no refund will be issued for the clearance & special sale items and customized products. 

3. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping 

4. Once we receive your shipment in its original condition, it may take up to 7 business days to refund you the difference.

5. NOTE: Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee to the original method of payment.

Important notes:

1. If you ordered your item(s) from a seller or store or marketplace other than UltimateTrends.in we cannot process a refund or exchange. You must contact the store from which you made your purchase and follow their individual return policy. No exceptions.

2. If your order does not qualify for return but you send it to us anyway, you will not receive a refund or store credit. We may contact you to get the items back to you.

3. If you only wish to return a portion of your order and your coupon code no longer qualifies (such as a code that is valid on a minimum amount or a minimum number of items sold), your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. It will not be prorated. A different coupon that was available at the time may be applied instead in that case.

4. Your original shipping (standard, express, or Home Delivery) is non-refundable. If you chose to pay for expedited shipping or if your order did not qualify for free shipping, that shipping charge will not be refunded back to you, except on the rare occasion that we sent you an incorrect item.

5. If you ordered a final sale item and it arrives defective, we will replace the item upon receipt of photos showing the defect. If the item you ordered is no longer available -- and only if this is the case -- we will issue store credit or refund. 

6. Please make sure that you need to return the product with genuine reason as we reserve the rights to deny or not to accept your return request.
